I just sent a report to NCMEC (report.cybertip.com) for that "pedoblock fediverse website" because one of the posts about one of the instances has screenshots of child sexual abuse images (they edited the screenshots with "black censorship bars". But that doesn't matter because in the eyes of the law those images are still illegal)

Actually I was looking up the legal definition earlier. Drawings and representations are **only** included whent hey intend to depict a real life minor.
Here is a quote from the USA department of justice:
"Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor. "
