Well it's spam following kind of,
don't know there is not any problematic stuff from there mostly looks like an aggressive promotion for Solana crypto something

5 until now, don't know if they r bots or not but the following scandal is happening all around fedi
@mur2501 If you received 5 different follows from 5 different users on that instance within just a few minutes, then yea I'd say that sounds like a server-wide scam/spam instance. In that case it seems worth banning if that is the case. Can you link me the accounts that followed you so I can investigate further?

not few minutes though I get them all in a span of a few hours. The fishy thing is that these accounts are mass following everyone on fedi it seems
@mur2501 Sorta, IIRC it acts like your following is protected. It winds up in a quarantine you have to explicitly go to and accept for the follow to go through. I also dont think you will be notified.
