Should the white button at the top of the United Federation of Instances page point to Getting Started, like it does now, or the Code of Ethics?

I'm not sure. Probably "Apply" could be in the "Getting started".

Im open to seeing what otehrs think though.

But I wouldn't apply for the thing I don't know how to work 🤷
For me the first thing would be to learn what exactly this mean for my instance.

Yes and that should be encompassed in the getting started part... that said i think getting started needs a rewrite.
