LOL. I was planning on migrating the OFFICIAL ACCOUNT of our project to another instance because of the name change, but I'm glad I as busy with other things and did not spend time on it yet. I just found out how unfriendly their instance is. Imagine finding that out after we've setup and spent time and effort.
