@freemo earmarking it like that is a good idea. i asked one friend today but i wasn't elaborating why and tried to keep it casual, which probably came across wrong...
@thor revolute good then, ill send it now
@freemo if there's a job i can do for you in return, let me know. if you know anything about my situation, time is not a scarce resource for me.
@thor Yes there is a job you can do for me... Please invest every minute you'd like to pay me back, whatever you feel that is, working on yourself and what you need to get to a better place. I will consider that a personal favor.
@freemo Revolut is the best option. it's much better than PayPal but hardly anyone has it.
@thor I love revolute, youll get it in a few minutes. Please just confirm when you do
@realcaseyrollins @freemo i talk about what services i can provide and propose ideas for products but... silence.
then i straight out tell people "i need money" and...
it's so dumb, because this is actually successful more often. like... what do you even do at that point?
@realcaseyrollins @freemo if i talk about some cool thing i could build, at best, people will say "this is a cool idea" but never "why don't you build that and sell it? go on, do it!"
@thor @freemo Have you ever made a #Kickstarter for one of your ideas?
@realcaseyrollins @freemo i think that if you want to succeed with a Kickstarter, you sort of have to arrange for all your friends to give it a lot of attention right as you post it, so the algo will think it's popular.
@realcaseyrollins @freemo maybe a mailing list and you keep people posted, and when it's ready for launch, you send out a "ok mash those buttons" email
I think its more about having really good media.. you need tons of good photos and promotional videos for it to work.
@freemo @realcaseyrollins maybe it's both
I dont recall seeing any of your cool ideas honestly. But maybe I just didnt see it cause my feed is so busy... Generally if I like an idea im pretty quick to encourage someone.
@freemo it's very easy to miss out. you have to drone on about something forever and then maybe 10% will notice if you're lucky.
@thor Sadly accurate... droning on is my specialty :)
@thor No need to pay me back by the way.
