Just want to point out that the premise of all these columns which argue "you can't indict Trump because some DA might invent charges against Obama or Clinton" is:
Law is completely fake, judges are all liars, and anyone can be sent to jail for anything.

If that's the case, shouldn't we be talking about a massive overhaul of the entire criminal justice system, including releasing the vast majority of people in prison? 🤔

@maxkennerly Arrest Trump, arrest Hillary... arrest Obama... arrest the whole damn lot of them. They all deserve it.
@freemo @maxkennerly Sure arrest them all... if they have committed crimes that can be tried in criminal court (and not some random partisan Congressional committee). From what I know of most rightwing conspiracy theories regarding the alleged crimes by all Democrats, none can be proven outside of the FOX echo chamber.
Im all for a full investigation and letting the courts decide sure.. lets hope they dig deep enough to find the crimes wwe all know are there.
