Every time you get COVID your chances of Long Covid go up. Avoiding COVID is a great way to be healthier.
Wear a mask, avoid crowds, improve ventilation (including open windows when you can) and get fully vaccinated.

@davidaugust I have been infected with covid 7 times. That shoukd put me at about 80% chance of long covid. Thankfully I have no symptoms of long covid.
@davidaugust yes ive been quiet lucky with covid. Of the 7 times i had it only once had noticable symptoms and thry were very managable.
@freemo I’m glad for you that you have not yet had any symptoms. That’s lucky.
