It would be if he actually changed... but it is so obviously him playing people, to the point of absurdity, I highly doubt anyone in their rightmind really beleives he changed. He simply did what he had to do to stay in office as a democrat, nothing more. This is obvious with him almost exclusively hiring poorly qualified token minorities clearly more as a dog and pony show to give the very impression he did. If anyone actually thinks he cares about minority rights rather than just attempts to abuse and use them to advantage, they are poorly mistaken.
