Just a reminder 36% of the USA population supported defund the police at its height when it was still a largely left wing notion.
I cant find a break down based on party but its safe to bet the majority of those are left wing. So at a minimum it was a near-majority support from the left on that notion. If a majority or near marjority is "far-left" that is concerning.
