@stux As far as I know... no.. the ICC has a international law that would make it illegal "Crimes of Aggression". But russia isnt under ICC jurisdiction.
if the ukraine war is illegal so is vietnam, iraq #1, iraq #2 and every military intervention the usa started in the last 40 years..
