@icedquinn It's interesting, most of the rap community hates #Dax and only a few rappers are willing to work with him anymore

@realcaseyrollins I could guess it's because he's openly Christian and not glorifying thug life.

There were interviews about bands being ordered from on high that their music wasn't "black enough" with the understanding being that they either pushed thug life or they lost their contract. Probably why black musicians went from a variety of genres in the 80s to mostly gangster rap (unless you look toward France where they still make pop music.)
