@Vincarsi I dont know of one.. I highly doubt it would stand up in court either. I think they would just argue that while your wage may not make it possible for you to be happy, you can **persue** that happiness by aquiring skills that increase your wage.

I am not saying there isnt a problem, but I think youll be hard pressed to frame it the way you wish to.
