Sometimes a goofy product is good. I have surgical scars on my leg due to it being shattered and reconstructed. I don't mind them much, but hate how they look with sheer stockings.
I'm also a chronically cold person.
So these "fake sheer warm stocking" are THE BOSS.
My scars are invisible, legs are warm and it looks like I have on sheers!
They are "fleece lined tights" many brands exist. I think they work great.

I am even more glad its not out of shame of your scars I am glad it isnt out of insecurity but just cause you like the stockings :)
