@critical because even when companies disolve their ip is the property of someone else. In fact this would be illegal as youd be devaluing your IP and investors would be unable to try to make money off liquidating what is left.
If you wanted to do this ethically and legally youd have to buy up the companys ip when they lkquidate at auction then open sojrce it yourself.
