So how is it incorrect from what you said?
TLDR
The designers of words are not neutral. How it was entered or who allowed certain words in is not neutral. History, culture, time was/is not neutral.
(There's enough loaded there to give some idea how it is not neutral)

Happy to expand on it but don't write now as words need more words to explain and are effected by many things in themself expanding yet again more! So I'm asking because often it's not expected that words need more words to clarify! (and this goes for everything / anything slightly deeper than aesthetics!)
