Justice - the Personal Perspective... Not just Political / External... Do YOUR Training... Upgrade yourself... not external software all the time...
@CKsTechnologyNews
As Mister-Hope said in the picture of forum post... I also add:
There is little external justice, just us.
THAT'S THE TLDR - BUT
Justice is not TLDR... if you don't have time now leave a tab open for this...
So a bit on justice... and how/why work it.
Justice is not to expect anyone else always to do it for you but yourself to get better while helping others upgrade... this is not about computers, this their / our internals... nobody looks after others better than you and others that can see outside of what you see and give you honest diagnosis... so learning more each day overall gets better justice in the end... we were not trained. So this might sound like psychology but to some level it is and **not needing** to go extreme just we maybe never started... and just need to use those brain muscles too that are different to coding...
So we are not perfect, we are untrained BUT we can pick it up VERY quickly as everything got better in terms of sharing or access to each other chatting.....
There is no replacement for our decision-making and compassion and other HUMAN THINGS which in the end is what we want AND NEED. Not just software stuff... Nooo.
MANY in open source or other people don't not want to talk about this (EVER) or try as it seems impossible but when we accept imperfection it's ok.
Computers taught us perfection which humans can't match... and frankly some don't want to.
So we underestimate and even avoid talking about some things OR PICK THE TOTALLY WRONG TIME AND PLACE... WHY?!! Because we didn't plan it and just held in emotions like the typical Xmas dinner or big speech... Small talks, smalls mini-wars and this is the slow upgrade needed with us first (Europeans as audience but going around the world)...
WE THE PEOPLE....
So get in touch just to start this process... find out more... for your your community or just life etc... 20mins max... make a time, send a msg. If not put here how bad it was and say you tried honestly! "
WHY DO THIS NON-PRIORITY STUFF?... because the system (processes of matrices) didn't put this talking into it's matrix (mostly it's just follow or fake talk) so personal perspective come out at the WORST time and only damages projects AND stops them / deadens atmosphere / PEOPLE LEAVE / bitch / back-stab etc... and this shows our existing misconceptions and weaknesses that we need enjoy learning instead together.
