[a Gregorian chant seems to intentionally increase in volume temporarily just after the priest speaks]

"...And you did the right thing by coming here. You came to us... to wash away your sins"

"Thank you your holiness..." Meirl says regretfully.

"Fear not" (this time in a deeper voice...) "God sees all and now it has been said out loud - go! Go about your daily task with this day in mind and what you shall remember here on in...

At the end softly the priest say quickly

"DON'T WORRY- BARRY YESTERDAY SAID GOT SOME CABLES JUST BY CHANCE IN THE DUMPSTER- IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN YOUR STUFF...SO THEY STILL MIGHT BE AROUND AFTER ALL!!"

Narrator continues...

"The priest make his way out the confession booth almost as though he was the one confessing."

"The sinner Meirl also exits after the customary pause from existing the booth in the other direction, but as he turn back he wonders if he saw the priest start running the final part of the hallway."

"The lord recycles in mysterious ways."
