If I was not trying to be a FreeSchool or any Freedom-type of school then more people might see me as normal / more accessible according to them... but then this is also a reflection of them and letting such 'branding' get in the way of really seeing points they could pic themself for their own kind of manifesto or points to aim for.
(I have to review this myself from time to time also so don't worry if you don't have a manifesto type list yet... and here be my guest and copy some lines of mine!)
