Helps to be paid by gangs (or good looking governments, banks etc)... keeps the villains alive and while they paying themselves!

But yeah the ultimate villains excuse is to reduce bad things (or take the money for doing something extra to tighten control!)

Take the money, do the work or starve ! Incentive-based living and testing your morals while being paid.

Behaviour and personality can change imply from lack of food! It can really test yourself voluntarily or not... try it)

My interpretation is a picture remix I did below...

Imagine the government design and banks all as the villain category represented by each of the villains...

Some good individuals on the other side are trying to work out best ways... but evil has more tools that good people are unwilling to use...

Corruption is man-made created as well as in our nature (imprefections)... but like hospitals they are big business design by itself (some people can't see that ma$$ive corruption and just the 'help' which is making BIG money otherwise they would find a way to close it down) so while it's good not to hammer everything maybe it's far too mixed up or too low in ratio of good:bad!

As an individual choose your destiny... Don't just be good, learn how to dismantle the bad tactics...
