suggestion: put something in front of text to show quote for readers (or even for me when I come back to reading to distinguish who wrote what you pasted)

for example:
"Thought I'd ask who 'they' is..."
or my preference is the email way
> Thought I'd ask who 'they' is...

(and then your text is more visibly yours - also noticed this a few times and confused me why 1st sentence(s) didn't make sense... so is a worthy note here)
