NOTES:
1- Last line also depends on if you're ok with hiding reality or let others to run it badly in order just to 'survive' and get squeezed later down the line)

2- pain is almost a sure sign to learn and when realising things (and I think that is a good signal that someone pointed to what triggered you and it's homework to reduce the trigger / get past it to next stages of understand ---> then ----> solution making after that)

3- Through others (even if they don't say it perfectly) this is almost always needed to be heard or listen or realise more puzzle pieces and overall do the homework of life.
