PHRASE: 'German efficiency' as a description.
Would it offend you if it is meant as a compliment to German (or any cultures) previous engineering success and cultural aspect of getting things done while also meaning in a human concept 'cutting out' of the more human forms of things like emotional intelligence, empathy, more-human / non-engineering forms of consideration?
