I think it was really well written and actually 5 years of anything is quite amazing considering so many things during these 5 years also!
And probably will always come down to personal changes if not being tired (as in; energy or too repetitive / uncreative / etc etc)
Again good writing (other admins maybe copy and paste it somewhere!)
