Happy 25th birthday to FALLOUT: A Post-Nuclear Role-Playing Game! 🎂🎉🍾🎈☢️💿 #DOSGaming
Now that a QUARTER OF A CENTURY had passed, surely you have enough room for that HUMONGOUS installation. #DOSGaming
Never forget that the original Fallout is old enough to have a DOS version.
@dosnostalgic NEW GAMES VS. OLD GAMES
( JOY OF NEW GAMES VS. JOY OF OLD GAMES )
Compare the new hardware requirements and the old hardware needed (click this post to see)... and then the joy then versus joy now :)
(wonder how much it differs and if we should go back tor RETRO computing...!!)
A caveat it the hardware was just as expensive back then but now we can cheat energy and hardware requirements by going back in time and playing them now with our SUPERcomputers
Recently I played a browser C64 game and addiction show me this is better than the new games (and faster/instant to load and close!)
"32megs RAM" (16mb minimum!)
Today's world thinks it's normal to have 12GB install and a helicopter for GFX hardware
+ system 1000Wattage (1KW !!!)
just for running a computer???!! or playing a game>??)
SIIIIICK!
