Indeed it seems perfectly logical for those in charge or those at the top of top establishments to want to preserve or perpetuate what makes them money because it gets other doing stuff for them! (Just like money itself gets the Banks getting 'more' money or energy sucked into the Bank from elsewhere !).

I think government and banks are the perfect partnership (and the sub-partnerships / sub companies that stem from it) so while it's not my idea if you were to make a locked simulation game or 'civilization' simulator to keep order (a la fascism) then you would probably choose this as well (sad as that is).

And just today I was starting to work on fascism as it's a very human thing too (this post may sound like I agree but I mean more that it makes sense so here's a 2nd example to the 1st big paragraph above).

Question for this example:
You like order right? [err... yeah mostly]
OK ! FASCISM loves order too (or at least the theory of it).

Questions continue as conversation to show how you end up as a fascist (even without knowing it)

Q. You like other people to take care of stuff more than be totally responsible for all those painful choices in life like how to spend money or moral issues. [err... yeah I can't be responsible for for everything can I?]
OK ! FASCISM loves to take care of things for you (don't worry we're killing the world while you're comfy - you don't mind right because if you did you'd cease to get the goodies and energy and actually you might disappear from lack of extracting from global south / 3rd world right?] [err well I want to live even if I don't like a lot of it] Great on to the next question!

Q. You like standardisation, being punctual, uniform things, things being straight, even number and and pairs more than odd number right... who wants left over numbers or things that allow nature to just be odd?
[err... I like nature but all the list before that you're right]

SUMMARY - I don't know if I captured you're imagination in the conversation but it includes a list (not the full list yet) of all fascist attributes that actually we the average or normal people like... eye opening 0_0 and I will expand on it in the next coming posts ! Stay tuned...

AFTER-THOUGHT
Hope you don't mind me trying that there - I will work on showing in other ways how actually we can be mostly fascist as hidden ideal (but call ourselves 'normal' or some other word) or we have become used to it / accustomed to expecting and reinforcing luxuries at expense of others!
