I dare say "meet them in the pub" as another way (very unlikely)

But these banks and sometimes US middle-men are criminal as middlemen and increasingly increasingly a liability to even use as they increase debt or fees

Best ways apart from pub!?

1. Bank transfer within same country and even similar group of banks perhaps most direct way.

2. Wishlist and get it sent to them if for example they were going to eBay it or Amazon it anyway)

SORRY I don't have more

3. CRYPTO I know some go for Monero or Bitcoin but that might offend some people....!! And I only advocate it for those already full in and see it as usual at least as alternative version'
