Time to get on with the good work with better people I say,

...if that helps I'm also SMH / shaking my head constantly knowing/studying all the past things about work in general... that people just learn and make it like a manual how to make more of that happen.

Anyone suddenly 'let go' is also because they also would want to protect themselves from you leaking info / data / sabotage etc... by not telling you until literally walking you to the gate. Who hasn't done that yet lol?

Feels like I'm right in everything (see my profile about disadvantages of making a business of people) since the current ingredients constantly proves itself... (or lack of ingredients and lack of proper communications = same things... )
Unless places were good before and suddenly were it was un-normal thing this time, then I would understand but maybe people saw stuff before including how people were let go).

A lot of venture capitalist stuff also (vultures) are professionals knowing from start the small people will take the hit -
both the structure(s) and the people choose these ways OR don't choose reform and therefore BOTH are responsible -

I always defended my morality at work (not to cut off customer or reduce my AHT... and somehow people could rely on that even to take advantage of me... or speak it as if god was talking through me not to shit on the customer or con them with weak shit.

So ask yourself also in your job(s) and role(s) dear reader if you knew this day would come and people were not saying the unsaid - and comms happen about improving happen before bosses and leadership to the same unexplaining of things and just railroading constantly skipping the why... If you didn't challenge or 'help' them build straight then the many things questionable before just keep going...

Hard to nicely bad stuff or even not it so nicely but definitively - either might bring about change but it's worth constructing your plan wherever you go, whatever you do - but consider they will get rid of us anyway and see that as an kind of reform.
