Reminder:

Your email account is one of your most valuable assets.

It contains a lot of personal info AND an attacker with access can take over the accounts registered with that email address via password reset.

Protect it with a strong password you only use for that account and enable 2FA!

Also recommended to enable passkey login if available. Email providers like Google and Microsoft provide this option already.

It's like the holy grail of solutions (and yes do passwords accordingly).

When we are off Google and M$, then alignment from the very beginnings of internet usage itself (you're whole life, password, root keys) are then aligned to info sec type stuff. Pardon me if I'm wrong. Passwords almost seem extra beyond certain use cases and effort. Solving both is good, I'd move emails sooner than tripling security on passwords.
