@naopigu 据说中行、工行这类国有大行批信用卡很严，额度也低。招行之类的商业银行容易很多。我17年在欧洲用过半个月长城的万事达借记卡，用着没啥问题。刷卡失败的毛病信用卡也有，和风控有关，只能多备不同通道和银行的卡解决。
