@Thisrandomdad @gpowerf I'm still on the Xbox One S! I bought it cheaply towards the end (as I often do with consoles - I got a brand new Nintendo64, boxed with Mario64, from Game for £40 when the Gamecube came out! 🙂)
I've barely played the Xbox. I did a little GTA5 and a bit of Forza Horizon (not sure if that's the right title, it was the freebie with the machine) when I first got it. I think it's spent more time playing DVDs/Blu-rays for my son than being used for gaming!
The Nintendo Switch on the other hand... I'm surprised it hasn't melted yet from the heavy use it gets!
@petetaylor @Thisrandomdad@mastodon.coffee I hardly play on the Switch, my kids tend to use them more than I do. Over the last year, I've played a whole lot of 2600! I had the capacitors replaced on one of my 2600s and modified for AV out and I played it as much if not more than I've played any modern system lately.
