I’m not saying that #Twitter is already dead, I’m certainly not saying that. But #ElonMusk ’s biggest mistake so far has been to think that a social media site is purely a tech company, it isn’t.

Sure a large component of it is code, infrastructure and databases. For all of that you need devs and IT staff. But the real value in a social media site is the community. And you need to understand the community to be able to foster and environment that allows it to thrive. #xp
