@GossiTheDog I'm pretty sure that engine is an Austin A-Series engine, which by some people's definition could be argued to be woke given its low capacity and power output.
I don't want to start a trend of woke and non-woke engines! But I'm just saying if there was such a thing an A-Series would definitely be a woke engine.

I did recognize that valve cover. Spent many a weekend under the bonnet of Austin-Heaney Sprites! (My later Spridget hat the Triumph lump)
@scrummy @GossiTheDog that’s how I feel about LB9 and L98 small block Chevy engines. Years of exposure make me immediately familiar with even a glimpse of one.
@gpowerf @GossiTheDog Back in the days when I didn’t have much cash to keep things running I got very familiar with the Toyota 3E-E and the BMW M42. Sometimes I miss those cars, they were good cars!
