Is today the day? Will work be quiet enough that I can quietly switch my personal laptop over to Linux Mint..???
@wiredfire good luck 🤞 it’s been a while since I use Mint.
@wiredfire there are many really good Debian/Ubuntu based distros, Mint is one of them :)
I'm a big fan of Pop!_OS nowadays,
@gpowerf Thanks! I’ve been noodling around with it on a spare machine and believe it’s going to suit what I need. I’m technical enough to dig into Linux a little (and have extensively in the past) but don’t have time to faff right now. Mint feels like it strikes the right balance there.
