@Stoned_Deva_ reboot or restore from backup? Perhaps the current install is so corrupt and messy that a simple reboot will not make things better. And if you consider restoring from backup, then from when? Also, there are no warranties that it will not get back to the same state it is in now. You might need a completely different OS. It could be that the US is Windows.
