@darth it is just full of formulaic posts. Post after post of the same stuff, console war, or pictures of controllers asking when you started gaming, asking “what did you play today?”, etc… the algorithm encourages people to do the same thing over and over as this posts are proven to maximise engagement.
Basically it’s a place full of people behaving like bots.
@gpowerf @darth And the sad thing is none of them seem to realize. They're l caught in this riptide of negativity etc... And don't seem to notice.
A friend described it as the frog in boiling water thing.
We escaped the boiling water and went back and realized how bad it is. But those who haven't don't realize.
