I need to submit concurrent jobs in @SchedMD's #Slurm, but I can't. My partition has OverSubscribe=EXCLUSIVE, which I think is the problem. Any ideas on submitting concurrent jobs without changing Slurm's config? cc @aaronquinlan @karen_eilbeck @BWJones?
