Has COP28 redefined consensus to mean all but the unimportant parties? With the small island states not party to the agreement trumpeted today, that's what it looks like to me. Whither the sovereignty of states?
COP28 is bullshit, and an abject failure.
@hesgen What's blatantly poignant is that Putin was in the UAE promoting fossil fuels contracts, while the host and other BRICS countries unanimously 'condemned' continued burning fossil fuels, and move more toward renewables. COP is now a pure cop out.
