@Laxidaisy did not come here for dog photos
@Kunstloch1 @Laxidaisy Hahahahah Normality resumes!
@Kunstloch1 @Laxidaisy I'm still trying to figure out how to "see" a thread. Seem to have found this one now, but am sure I'll have forgotten the next time I'm back. Need to figure out what's getting boosted into my TL ( and by whom). Also, don't yet have a clue what an instance is. All to come no doubt
@hoovermouse @Laxidaisy I have no clue what I'm doing. I just reply to you two.
I did a photo before but not sure which void that went to
@Kunstloch1 @Laxidaisy I'm manually adding follows now. Ppl I follow on twitter with new mastodon names. Am fairly certain we'll not need to move away from the bird, but am having fun with my new toy
@hoovermouse @Kunstloch1 I’m having a hard time finding people. I’ll poke more tomorrow.
@Kunstloch1 @hoovermouse you’ll be sad to learn I can’t add any photos at the moment.
@Laxidaisy @Kunstloch1 I've updated my profile for Christmas
@hoovermouse @Kunstloch1 Can’t see it yet. This is like playing Marco Polo 😂
@Kunstloch1 @Laxidaisy So an instance seems to be the same thing as a server or a group in Mastodon. All 3 mean the same thing I think.
