So it turns out that if you use private class fields, these objects are buggy when proxied.

That’s …very unfortunate. It means you cannot use these objects in #vue for example (Vue testcase: codepen.io/leaverou/pen/MWPpEQ )

Sad news for me. I really would love to be able to use them with Vue.

Private fields are a godsend for maintainability, but are real troublemakers in most languages for serializing, proxying, unit testing...

Sigh.
