Short term? Sure.
Long term? I can’t see why not. I mean, sooner or later transport will be 100% electric and the grid will not burn anything. Extracting minerals will never be really green, but neither will require burning something forever. And recycling is always getting more efficient. Manufacturing some things require emitting gases, but there is a lot of research underway to avoid it altogether.
Assuming current technical limitations are permanent is not a good way to predict the future. Even worse if those limitations are heavily researched in order to overcame them.
