Yes, everybody should give weapons to people who is committing war crimes against people who is committing war crimes because war crimes are a terrible thing that can only solved by committing war crimes.
But the tanks can't cross the French border to aid the Spanish Republic. Nazis could take it the wrong way and invade France, you know.
