The first two. Firefox has the ethics, but not the features; and no one has the features.
About the third one, I'm still missing old Opera per site custom CSS. It was very, very useful. That's the one still lacking. And yes, I'm a web developer; but you can always have a feature for easy sharing custom CSS with the community. Being able to hide some elements or theming your favourite sites seems like something many people would like to do.
Being able to disable CSS would be great, too; but Reader Mode makes it much less useful.
