В общем, эксперимент с #Firefish можно считать законченным. Там #Markdown не дружит с кириллицей. Поэтому, кто подписался взаимно на мои акки на **https://infosec.town** и **https://dvd.chat** — можете, в принципе, отписываться, использовать я буду только второй и только для постинга картиночек с бустом сюда.

P.S. кто пропустил пост про https://dvd.chat — повторюсь: там дают 200 гигабайт (!) места; он не пережимает картинки и не режет EXIF; можно выкладывать вообще любые типы файлов помимо картинок. #Misskey #Fediverse #mastodon

@johan sorry it didn't work out. There are other softwares to try as well like glitch soc. They do markdown for sure. I just don't know instances off the top of my head that runs it. Here's a list though.

@BeAware Here's a list of instances with #Mastodon 4.2 + #glitc, sorted by MUA. https://rant.li/johan/spisok-serverov-s-mastodon-4-2-0-glitch There are no instances with #ruffy (fork of glitch-soc), but the only instance I know of is https://aethy.com. But the admin there is freaky - requires AI-generated images to be placed under CW.

@johan isn't 4.2 outdated though? I think the link I sent is the most updated one 4.3, though I might be wrong🤷‍♂️

@BeAware Version 4.3 is alpha, I think most are still on stable 4.2. [Here](http://demo.fedilist.com/instance?q=&ip=&software=mastodon&registrations=open&onion=) you can see both 4.2 and 4.3 versions with #glitch-soc.
