Sad news indeed. I learned to program using Modula-2. The language itself was awful in many ways, but it was perfect for learning. I will always be grateful for his work. RIP.

@josemanuel his work is hidden in so many things, he truly was one of the greatest minds in computer science. his books on compilers and languages are very nice as well, especially for beginners.
