Was chatting in a workshop with the organiser, who’s from another uni. Said their IT department dislikes Moodle because it is open source. What? Why?How? What kind of CS education led to that conclusion?

However, one thing I did find dislikable about Moodle is that privileged users (including administrators and TAs) can see the IP address for all submissions. Huge user privacy implications.
