@tttddd 哈哈哈感觉这种蛋之类的要煮高汤都要煎一下，而且还需要煎得比较狠。鸡蛋白汤也是的，热油煎鸡蛋煎得焦焦的，然后加入开水煮，汤就是白汤。同理是鱼，鱼汤要奶白，得煎得很重！
