The only Altair 88-SIOB board I've seen on eBay from Bulgaria for nearly $800 ( X _ X )
I want to get one of these so I can hook up Mike Douglas' cassette interface with it (as it doesn't work with an 88-2SIO board). But loooord. Better hope I just get lucky someday lol
@jebug29 How many RPi 4s I can buy for that price...?
I understand about the retro nostalgia and all -- and I am from the S-100 era -- but the price, the price...!
@lordalveric Think about how many CHEESEBURGERS you could buy with it like my word
@jebug29 My wife loves him too, which is where I was introduced to his music.
I especially love his Jamaica song! Especially since Jamaica was our first fun trip together!
@lordalveric Awww I love that! That sounds so fun!
@lordalveric I told my Estonian friend about Jimmy Buffet, and legit this song is the reason she fell in LOVE with that man
It's a good reason, tbh
