If you got watchOS 10 Seed 1 but were never offered Seed 2, please go to the Watch app on your phone, choose General > Software Update, and toggle Beta Updates Off and then on (watchOS 10 Developer Beta) again. There was a bug that reset the OTA catalog incorrectly when Seed 1 was installed, and toggling this setting points your device back at the correct catalog. You should be offered Seed 2 shortly after doing this. Toggle again after installing Seed 2 to make sure you get Seed 3 when it becomes available.

I could’ve sworn there used to be list somewhere that listed build numbers of released beta versions but I couldn’t find it anymore
