@lorihc hi, it was finally fixed. Our home town was on the Apple map… and then it wasn’t. #iOS17Beta #watchOS10beta. Location peeve for many years. FB12748826 (Location error in Weather app) 🙏🏼
@lorihc Thanks for the like, appreciated. Hopefully my explanation is clear on the ticket? I can still search and find Cleobury and it saves it as a location. It’s the My Location that has reverted. Was fixed in betas 1,2,3 and then reverted in b4.
@simonharper Unfortunately there are no logs indicating what’s going wrong. Would you be willing to install the sysdiagnose profile and reproduce?
@lorihc Of course. A sits now permanently doing this on the Watch, hopefully its easy to see whats happening. Where do I get the profile?
@lorihc installed profiler on iPhone. Didn't prompt me for Apple Watch though. Went ahead and restarted Watch, then opened Weather waited for it to grab location, held side and crown for 2 secs and placed on charging puck. Didn’t see nay indication it was grabbing any logs though. Will wait to see if file appears on iPhone in Analytics Data. Where do I sent if it does? Attached to the FB?
@lorihc Checked Watch>Settings>General>Profile and its there... so hopefully a log will be produced in next 10 mins or so.
@simonharper once the profile is there, reproduce the issue (I assume it involves launching the Weather app) and then press the crown and side buttons at the same time for a count of 1-2-(release as you get to 3). You’ll feel a haptic indicating that a sysdiagnose has started.
@lorihc ah… think I did get a light haptic tap. So I just need to wait for the file to sync to my iPhone 🙏🏼
@lorihc Tried again while it was on charging puck. Deffo got a haptic. Then iPhone popped up a message saying it was 'in flight' and tap to send feedback. Now saying it failed to gather it. Fb has the iPhone sysdiagnosis but Watch Ultra does not. Will try again…
@lorihc Failed again to gather… I tried 3 times now. Any ideas? iOS diagnose is attached but none for Watch Ultra.

@lorihc Ah, checked in Watch App in Diagnostic Logs. There is one there with todays date. Where to send that? Another FB? Sorry for being a pain…
