Also russian cutting of supply of gas and westeuro and us govts realizing renewables is scam/intermittent and not having sufficient nuclear power to replace the gap after gas might have some influence on it.

Some say its effect of economies escaping the lockdowns or surge in demand and supply due to end of lockdowns.
Im not sure on this one but imho surely co2 emission tax might have something to do with this.
